Language: All abstracts must be written and if accepted, presented in English.
Character Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 2,000 characters (including spaces). The title, keywords, and author information are excluded from this limit. Titles are limited to 100 characters (including spaces). Abstracts exceeding the character limit will not be accepted by the system.
Graphics or Tables:
Due to production constraints, graphics and tables cannot be included.
Authors of accepted abstracts must register for and attend the conference. To confirm participation, registration must be completed by 15 June 2025.
If registration is not completed by this deadline, the abstract will be removed from the conference programme and will not be included in the Abstract Supplement.
